In/visible War just published

Authors and scholars Jon Simons and John Louis Lucaites are the brains behind a new book In/visible War:  The Culture of War in Twenty-first Century America,  published by Rutgers University Press which  focuses on a central paradox  “The contemporary visual American experience of war is ubiquitous, and yet war is simultaneously invisible or absent…”

My contribution is the cover image, an essay and a portfolio of 12 images.
